Why I Created Voice Unchained

I created Voice Unchained because I know what it’s like to survive… and still feel like you’re not allowed to fully live.

I’ve lived through the kind of experiences that were made to break you - and I’ve done the work to heal, to rebuild: truth, boundaries, self-trust, and freedom from shame.
