Come Home to Your Heart

A gentle place to begin.

Welcome.
Wherever you’re coming from — whatever brought you here — you’re in the right place.

I’ve been where you’re standing. Different story, same pattern — the exhaustion, the shame, the quiet wondering if you’re strong enough to look at what’s really there.

I’ve stood at both of these doorways. But it wasn’t until I stood at the motherhood one that everything cracked open. I was a single mother watching my daughter fall apart — and my own childhood came rushing back all at once. I had no one to lean on.

That’s when I saw it. I was behaving like my mother.

The first feeling wasn’t relief. It was denial. No. Not me. I swore I’d never…

And then, when that softened — I saw something else. An opportunity to change. To break what had been handed down for generations. To be the one who stops it.

That moment holds every feeling at once. Grief. Shame. Fear. And underneath all of it — the question nobody wants to ask out loud: am I strong enough to be this honest with myself?

YOU are.

What I found on the other side was forgiveness. Peace. Freedom. Unconditional love and acceptance of self — maybe for the first time ever.

That’s what these doorways lead to.

Go at your own pace. Ask for support when you need it. There’s no right way to begin — only your way.

I see the light in you. The same light that was always within me.

Where to Begin

Choose the door you feel called to right now.

You've already crossed the hardest threshold — the one that brought you here. Now there are two doors. Trust which one is calling your name.

The Awakened Mother

For the mother who knows something in her has to change — not just for herself, but because she refuses to hand this down. You're not crazy. You're not alone. You're waking up.

The Cycle Breaker

For the woman who feels it in her bones — the pattern, the weight, the knowing that it ends with her. Before motherhood, beyond it, or somewhere outside of it entirely. This is the doorway home.
