The Threshold is a 6-week guided group experience designed to help you slow down, feel safe in your body again, and begin understanding yourself with more honesty and less self-judgment.

This page exists to answer practical questions and help you decide — calmly — whether this experience is the right next step for you.

Why 6 Weeks?

This is a beginning — not a lifetime commitment.

Six weeks is long enough to:

  • Establish safety and trust

  • Recognize patterns without rushing to change them

  • Practice listening inward instead of performing outwardly

  • Integrate insight gently into daily life

It is intentionally not designed to overwhelm, accelerate healing, or force transformation.

What a Typical Week Looks Like

Presence is enough.

Each week includes:

  • One live group call (60 minutes)

  • A clear weekly theme that guides reflection

  • Gentle invitations to notice patterns, sensations, and responses

  • Space for listening, witnessing, and integration

There is no required homework.
There is no pressure to share.

The Group Container

The Threshold is held in a small, guided group to preserve safety, depth, and meaningful connection.

Group agreements are shared in advance and reviewed in Week 1 to ensure:

  • Confidentiality

  • Respectful listening

  • No fixing, advising, or rescuing

  • Autonomy around sharing and pacing

What This Experience Is (and Isn’t)

This experience is:

  • Guided, but gentle

  • Reflective, not performative

  • Grounded in nervous-system safety

  • Focused on self-trust, discernment, and voice

This experience is not:

  • Therapy or crisis support

  • A coaching or accountability program

  • A place to be pushed to share or “go deep”

  • A quick fix

Tools & Approaches Used

The Threshold weaves together several supportive frameworks, always as mirrors for self-understanding, not labels or prescriptions:

  • Nervous-system grounding and regulation

  • Laughter Yoga for release and reconnection

  • Insight-oriented astrology for reflection and pattern awareness

  • Body-based awareness, including gentle chakra awareness

  • Guided reflection and regulated group witnessing

You don’t need prior experience with any of these tools.

Support Options

This experience does not require partner or accountability work.

Additional support is available through optional 1:1 integration sessions with the facilitator for those who want personalized reflection or help integrating insights into real-life situations.

Online Format

The Threshold is offered online to support:

  • Accessibility

  • Nervous-system ease

  • Consistent participation regardless of location

Optional in-person 1:1 sessions may be available separately for those who are local.
